HAND-HELD M-SERIES ENCLOSURES Serpac have introduced their M-Series range of hand-held and pocket clip enclosures, ideal for housing portable electronics. These attractive slim-line cases are moulded in grey, black or almond ABS (UL 94 HB), and are available in three sizes of 71x51x18mm (M-4), 105x61x21mm (M-6) and 177x61x21mm (M-8). M-Series enclosures can also be supplied fully machined with all holes and cutouts necessary for fitting the electronic components. Other options include silk-screen printing, moulding in other colours or flame retardant materials, and EMC shielding. Location pillars are provided inside all three versions for mounting the PCBs. Each case is supplied with a removable end panel and a battery compartment as standard. The M-4 will accept one AA battery, and the M-6 and M-8 will accept two AA batteries or one 9V battery.
