Slim-line M-Series Enclosures Serpac has introduced its range of M-Series enclosures, featuring an attractive and slim line design. Ideal for handheld and portable electronics, the M-Series is available in three sizes of 71.1x51.6x18mm (M-4), 105.4x61x21.6mm (M-6) and 177x61x21.6mm (M-8). Prices start at £6. Manufactured from ABS (UL 94 HB) these enclosures are available in the standard colours of grey, black or almond with special colours available on request. PCBs are easily located within the housings. With removable end panels the M-Series range is supplied with battery compartments as standard. The M-4 can accommodate one AA battery, with the M-6 and M-8 accommodating two AA batteries or one 9V battery. Accessories for the M-Series include infra red, clear or transparent red replacement end panels, and pocket clips. Electronics designers are also offered a full customising service on these enclosures with CNC milling, silk-screen printing and much more, to provide a fully finished housing ready for mounting the components.
